Tomoko Nohina
PASSION FOR SWEET CREATIONS
A graduate of Pastry Academy by Amaury Guichon, Tomoko's training, skills, and artistry shine in her creations with a long list of impressive yet "sweet" accomplishments. Trained by and worked at best resorts and fine-dining establishments in Maui, San Diego, and Osaka for over 20 years, she brings her passion to her customers and clients as Pastry Chéf / Chocolatier of West Maui Chocolatier.

From Osaka, Japan, she's always loved baking and sharing her creations with her family and friends. When she's not in the kitchen baking or creating new recipes, you'll find her catching the waves of Maui, playing the piano, or practicing Spanish.
